High-pressure machine tool molds are very important for product molding, so the mold ratio must meet the following conditions:
1. The mold design must be reasonable and the quality must be reliable to ensure that the entire parting surface does not leak.
2. To ensure temperature balance, the temperature of the mold, metal frame, and rubber material must be consistent, and the temperature of each part of the mold must be basically uniform.
3. For the different requirements of common products, different infusion methods should be selected. If the shape and size of the product are accurate and no additional processing is required, pressure infusion can be used. Products with strict requirements can use vacuum hydraulic pressure, and products without special requirements can be infused at normal pressure to ensure that no mechanical shock bubbles will be generated during infusion.
4. If the product does not reach the demolding strength, our mold can not be moved at will, so as not to crack and cause the product to be unqualified.
5. When assembling the mold and the metal frame, please avoid the metal frame coated with the adhesive from contacting the inner wall of the mold, that is, neither the adhesive nor the release agent should adhere to the mold or the metal frame, so as not to affect the product quality.
